Hulme, William, Bishop of the Bloomington Ward, Bear Lake Stake, Idaho, from 1877 to 1894, was born June 29, 1836, in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England. He emigrated to America about 1842, filled a mission to the Southern States and England in 1880-1882, and was ordained a Bishop Aug. 25, 1877.
