Watson, Edwin, Bishop of the Blackfoot Ward, Blackfoot Stake, Idaho, from 1896 to 1902, was born Dec. 15, 1848, in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England, the son of Joseph S. Watson and Ann Barratt. He was baptized in March, 1857, by Jos. Dawson, emigrated to Utah in 1873, was ordained a High Priest and Bishop March 23, 1896, by John Henry Smith, and filled a mission to Great Britain in 1898-1900.
