Capell, Joseph Edward 1856 -

Capell, Joseph Edward, Bishop of the Garden Creek Ward, Portneuf Stake, Idaho, from 1887 to 1906, was born July 7, 1856, in Willenhall, South Staffordshire, England, the son of William Capell and Rose E. Bailey.

He was baptized Dec. 22, 1867, emigrated to Utah in 1873, and was ordained a High Priest and Bishop Nov. 7, 1887, by Lorenzo Snow.
