Silcock, Nicholas Thomas, presiding Elder of the Riverton Branch, West Jordan Stake, Utah, from 1870, to 1877, was born Sept. 29, 1818, in Staffordshire, England, a son of John and Ann Silcock. He emigrated to Utah in 1865.
